Cancellation and Refund Policy:

To accommodate the complexity of our preparations and ensure the quality of the workshop for all attendees, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

• More than 8 weeks before the course date:
  

  Participants may cancel their registration and will receive a full refund of the registration fees.

• 4 to 8 weeks before the course date:
  

  Participants who cancel within this timeframe will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees.

• 2 to 4 weeks before the course date:
  

  Participants who cancel within this timeframe will be eligible for a 25% refund of the registration fees.

• Less than 2 weeks before the course date:
  

  No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the course start date.

Process for Cancellation:

To cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at info@munich-face.com. The cancellation notice must be received within the specified timeframe relative to the course start date to be eligible for a refund as per the policy outlined above.

Exceptions:

We understand that extraordinary circumstances may prevent you from attending as planned. In such cases, please contact us directly to discuss the possibility of special arrangements. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
